M.A. Art Psychotherapy,
Kunsthochschule Weissensee, Berlin, Germany
Liane, is an art therapist who has spent many years working with refugees and migrants along the Thai-Myanmar border. She also worked for several years as art therapist in Germany with special needs children, elderly, at a women’s shelter and in clinical settings. Liane believes that art work gives us a glimpse of how the artists experience the world and their own life history. Therefore engaging with art can be a way to understand oneself and initiate change from within.
